Zaaja is a Life Coach and her work centers on women-centered growth through narrative exploration, identity development, and meaning-making. She supports clients in engaging their lived experiences with clarity and intention, integrating personal storytelling with emotional insight and reflective practice to foster deeper self-understanding and growth. Her approach is grounded in an interdisciplinary foundation that bridges psychology and conflict studies.
She is an M.S. Candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University, with a focus in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, with a focus in inclusive conflict engagement. Her graduate training has strengthened her expertise in dialogue facilitation, conflict transformation, and equity-centered approaches to complex human challenges.
Her professional experience also includes applied work in psychology-focused settings, where she has engaged in clinical and community environments addressing human behavior, emotional regulation, and the psychological impacts of stress, identity, and life transitions.

Devon is a compassionate and dedicated Resident-in-Counseling, committed to providing a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create positive change. She partners with clients to develop practical coping strategies while also exploring deeper aspects of self-growth and personal insight.
With experience supporting children and teens facing stress, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and family dynamics, Devon also works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, or seeking greater balance and well-being in their lives. No matter your age or background, her approach is personalized to meet you exactly where you are.
Devon holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and is currently completing her residency in counseling. She is licensed to see clients in Virginia only.
